Common gastrointestinal in COVID-19 patients are anorexia, vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, addition to abnormal levels of liver enzymes. While diagnosis SARS-CoV-2 based essentially on samples, fecal RNA-analysis can used diagnostic test. In current pandemic, 10% 50% reported hepatic-gastrointestinal manifestations, especially those illness. infection not completely understood, tissue injury may due direct cytopathic effect SARS-CoV-2, which invade through angiotensin conversion enzyme-2 (ACE2) receptor.
